Assorted Sausages

A sausage is a food usually made from ground meat, often pork, beef or veal, along with salt, spices and breadcrumbs, with a skin around it. Sausages can be cooked in a variety of ways, including pan-frying, broiling and barbecuing.

Boneless Loin Chops / Butterfly Chops

A Boneless Loin Chops / Butterfly Chops are usually cut from toward the head of the loin above the loin chops, boneless pork chops are basically top loin or rib chops with the bones removed. They are lean with very little connective tissue or fat. Great for roasting, grilling, or frying.

Boneless Pork Loin Roast

Pork loin roast is a larger section of the loin which is roasted. A Boneless pork loin roast is often tied with butchers string to prevent the roast from falling apart. Pork rind may be added to the fat side of the joint to give a desirable crackling which the loin otherwise lacks.

Butt Chops

The pork steak is cut from a pork shoulder, pork shoulder butt, pork butt or Boston butt which are all the same thing. A pork steak can be prepared in a multitude of ways. It can be marinated, rubbed, brined, sauced, or left naked. Once on the grill it can be smoked, indirected or grilled directly.

Peameal bacon (also known as cornmeal bacon) is a type of back bacon made from lean boneless pork loin, trimmed fine, wet cured, and rolled in cornmeal. Its development is credited to a Toronto, Canada, ham and bacon curer, William Davies. What better beginning than bacon eh?

Pork Back Ribs

Baby back ribs (also back ribs or loin ribs) are taken from the top of the rib cage between the spine and the spare ribs, below the loin muscle. They have meat between the bones and on top of the bones, and are shorter, curved, and sometimes meatier than spare ribs.

Pork Loin Chops

The center cut or pork loin chop includes a large T, juicy shaped bone, and is structurally similar to the beef T-bone steak. Pork chops are suitable for roasting, grilling, or frying, but there are also stuffed pork chop recipes. Pork chops are usually cut between 1/2 inch and 2 inches thick.
